This is from a 1975 TV special that seems to have been called "Ann-Margret Smith" that was based on a "Pictures at Exposition" tour she did. It's a scene in which Sid Caesar plays Toulouse-Lautrec and Ann-Margret plays his model. He sings "Real Live Girl" and she sings...if I were to guess it would be "In His Eyes" The TV show was directed by Dwight Hemion, written by Michael Abrams and Buz Kohan and was broadcast (according to IMDB) on November 20, 1975.
